F-6 → F-2: Change from F-6 to F-2

F-6 holders may transition to F-2 if they accumulate 80+ points on the F-2 points system (age, income, Korean language, tax history, etc.). This is less common than the F-5 pathway but available for those who prefer an intermediate step.

The F-2 route is less commonly used by F-6 holders since the F-5 path (after 2 years + KIIP Level 5) is typically more straightforward. F-2 removes the marriage dependency on your status and allows work in any occupation.
