Points-Based Resident Visa (F-2-5 β Investor Route)
Investment of USD 500,000 or more maintained for 3+ years, OR investment of USD 300,000 or more with 2+ full-time Korean employees maintained for 2+ years. Must also meet the general F-2 points threshold via the investor track.
Permanent Resident Visa (Investor β F-5-5)
5+ years of continuous residence in Korea on D-8 status, investment of USD 500,000 or more maintained throughout, and 5+ full-time Korean employees. KIIP Level 5 or equivalent Korean language proficiency. Clean criminal record and full tax compliance.
