Secure full-time employment with a Korean company that meets E-7 sponsorship requirements. Employer must file a CCVI application at immigration. Applicant must meet E-7 education or experience criteria.
Corporate Investment / Technology Startup Visa
For D-10-2 holders: complete OASIS program requirements and register a Korean company. D-8-4 qualification is points-based (60+ OASIS certificate points + bachelor's degree + IP rights). Company must be formally incorporated. For corporate investment track: investment of ₩100,000,000 or more.
Digital Nomad Visa
Change of intent from Korean employment to remote work for foreign companies. Must meet F-1-D income threshold (₩88M (~USD $66,000)/year as of 2026 published requirements) and employer letter from foreign company.
