Score 80+ points on the F-2 points system (based on age, income, Korean language ability, tax payment history, etc.). Typically requires 3+ years on E-7 with consistent employment and tax records.
Permanent Resident Visa (General — F-5-1)
5+ years of continuous residence in Korea on E-7 or other qualifying status, Korean language competency (KIIP Level 5 completion), and income at or above 2x per capita GNI (~₩99,910,000/year based on most recently published Bank of Korea figure). Clean criminal record and tax compliance required.
